North Side Community School is a free public school with open enrollment for children in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. We focus on the whole child offering an exceptional academic and life experience. We put basic living needs and basic academic skills mastery high on our priority list with extended day enrichment programming and an extended school year further characterizing our approach to education.
We are North Side Community School, where scholars seek knowledge and JUSTICE. Where scholars get the opportunity to learn and realize their true potential.

Early Childhood Center
The Early Childhood Center (ECC) provides full-day Pre-K and Kindergarten classes so our youngest children have a head start in life. Our littlest ones receive a chance to develop their curiosity, imagination and love of learning in a safe, nurturing space.
An eight-acre main campus serves as a haven in north STL where 1st - 4th graders build character, knowledge and friendships while developing pride in themselves and their school. Here they are instilled with the faith that knowledge is power and respect is key. Go North Side Knights!
